I am a designer, sugar artist, patissiere and chocolatier. With a background in graphic design I am passionate about craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every decoration is individually hand-made from my exquisite sugar and chocolate flowers to my delicate hand-painted rice paper butterflies.
I am dedicated to making the most delicious hand-made cakes and chocolates from my kitchen in the heart of Cornwall. Whilst they have to look beautiful, they have to taste great too. That's why I focus on all aspects of how they're designed and made - from my sugarcraft and chocolate skills, to the recipes and the ingredients I use.
All my cakes and chocolates are hand-made and I source as much of the best local Cornish produce as I can including fresh cream and organic free range eggs. The butter and buttermilk also come from local farms. I use other great ingredients including unrefined sugar and organic flour. For my fresh chocolates I dont use any preservatives, just natural flavours and fine couverture chocolate from around the world including single origin and plantation chocolate.
