The results of the Great Taste Awards are in and we have managed to achieve our own gold medal haul this Summer. We achieved a three star gold, the only one in its category, for our handmade Ginger and Fennel fresh Cornish cream cut ganache chocolate. Already a gold winner at the Academy of Chocolate Awards last year this has delighted both Tom and I. Tom said, “This positions us with some of the best Chocolatiers in the world and we look at this as being a very positive step in moving our product range into a wider market”
We have achieved a two star gold for our Venetian Saliza Amaretto and handmade orange blossom marzipan cut ganache chocolate and a one star for our Cornish Blue Cheese and Port chocolate. This flavour is also in the Grand Final of the International Chocolate Awards to be announced during Chocolate week in October. Our chocolate cake also won a one star gold.
