Chocolate ruffle wedding cake with raspberry chocolate flower
I love trying new techniques with chocolate. To achieve the beautiful pink colour in the pure chocolate flower, dried raspberries are mixed with white chocolate. Not only is it a purely natural way to add colour to the cake, there is also a delicate flavour of the raspberry - and a fantastic finishing touch to the cake.
