White chocolate wraps wedding cake with sugar shells
This three tiered wedding cake is a moist dark chocolate cake layered with a Venezuelan milk chocolate and fresh Cornish cream ganache. It is wrapped in delicate, paper-thin pure white chocolate wraps for a beautiful snap. Each of the sea shells are individually hand-made from sugar and can be coloured to tie in with any scheme.
This wedding cake with natural and champagne coloured seashells was perfect at Bedruthan Steps Hotel in Cornwall, overlooking the sea.
