White chocolate wraps wedding cake with sugar shells
This three tiered wedding cake is a moist dark chocolate cake layered with a Venezuelan milk chocolate and fresh Cornish cream ganache. It is wrapped in delicate, paper-thin pure white chocolate wraps for a beautiful snap. Each of the sea shells are individually hand-made from sugar and can be coloured to tie in with any scheme.
