Made on a daily basis in the heart of Cornwall, my handmade chocolates are created using fresh Cornish produce, natural ingredients and without any preservatives or additives. My passion is to create chocolates with balanced flavour combinations and wonderful mouth feel using fine chocolate couvertures from around the world including single origin chocolate from Venezuela, Madagascar, Grenada and Peru.
