Made on a daily basis in the heart of Cornwall, my handmade chocolates are created using fresh Cornish produce, natural ingredients and without any preservatives or additives. My passion is to create chocolates with balanced flavour combinations and wonderful mouth feel. I prefer to use origin and plantation chocolate couvertures as standard including single origin chocolate from Venezuela, Madagascar, Grenada and Peru.
Our Fennel and Ginger which won a Gold in the Academy of Chocolate Awards in 2011 also won a three star gold in the Great Taste Awards 2012 (the only one in it's category). Our Amaretto dark ganache and handmade marzipan won the two star with our Cornish Blue Cheese and Port, a one star. The latter was in the final of the International Chocolate Award in 2012.
