My range of chocolates and truffles are hand-made in small batches from local and natural ingredients such as fresh Cornish cream and wildflower honey from the Lizard Peninsula combined with some of the finest chocolate couvertures from around the world. I don't use artificial preservatives and flavours. I have just been awarded a gold in the 2011 Academy of Chocolate Awards for my Fennel and Ginger truffle as well as awards from Taste of The West and The Great Taste Awards in 2010.
