Choccara - Fresh chocolates and truffles from Cornwall

Inspired by my love of working with chocolate I have created a range of fresh handmade chocolates and truffles that I have called Choccara (cara is Cornish for love!). My aim is simple to make chocolates that are full of natural flavours and local ingredients such as fresh Cornish cream and widlflower honey from the Lizard Peninsula (and free from artificial preservatives and flavours) combined with some of the best chocolate from around the world including Venezuela and plantations in Peru and Trinidad. Their fresh nature means that you will need to enjoy your chocolates within 2 weeks of receiving them.
